Ridgway's Restaurant & Lounge

The food is sub par. The service is ok. This is a good place to go when everywhere else is closed and you're not hungry. Grab a tea and talk for hours in the practically empty restaurant. Has a small towm diner feel.
Hohum food and service. You can get the same thing at IHop or Denny's.
Never spend more than 20.00 dollars. awesome people
I have eaten at this restaurant for years and have never had an issue with food or service. I recently had major surgery and a friend went by and picked up an order of club sandwiches for my daughter and I. We live about 5 minutes from the restaurant so time was not an issue. Upon receiving the food, we found the avocado on our sandwiches bad and the sides of dressing were rancid. I phoned the restaurant and voiced my concerns, after all I just paid over twenty dollars for dinner and expected to get my moneys worth. I spoke with Roy the owner and he seemed uninterested in my concern, did not offer to replace my food or even care that it could make us sick. I am sad to say that after more than a dozen years as a customer, I will never eat at this restaurant again.
Horrible!!! My friend and I sat down with our other friends who were going to buy us drinks, and we were refused water! The waitress in the bar saw both our ids, was super rude. Then came back with a note pad and pencil and showed us the notepad saying her boss said not to serve free water ( even tho she didn't even get passed us asking for water before she started to be a .....ugg....can't talk about anymore, makes me mad, and our friends that were already there bought food and tipped her!!!
