terrible service. i request a fresh jalapeno on Margherita Flatbread but i end up getting pickled jalapeno. so i told them that they messed up the other order. but the manager comes to me and tells me that it was fresh jalapeno. i have been since i was a little boy. but the manager had to told me. answer me this people. does fresh jalapeno has vinegar taste to it. manager, your stupid for telling me that they used fresh jalepano
I agree with the review below. THE SERVICE HERE IS UNBELIEVABLY BAD. Went at 5:30 on a Sunday Night. Staff members standing around chatting, slow getting a drink from the bar, wanted a refill but no one noticed, no one tending the bar full-time, no sign of management or leadership. Took so long to get chips and salsa, that I got up to go cancel our order, and ended up meeting our waitress with our chips and salsa finally coming out of kitchen. Told her to take it back and we want our check and want to leave. Waitress comes back to our table and has audacity to tell us we have to go ahead and pay for our entree (even though it had not been brought out and we didn't want it) and if we had a problem we can talk to her manager, Scott Vancamp. Scott didn't man up and come talk to me himself, or apparently was too aloof to even realize a table had a problem. I never saw a floor manager walking around, so it is no wonder the service is so bad and the staff disinterested and lazy. Had to wait another 5 - 7 minutes while they cooked the fajita trio entree and when they brought it out in to-go box they didn't give us tortillas. So we had to go back and get the tortillas for the fajitas we didn't want in the first place. Thanks Scott and thanks Chili's. Worst dining experience ever.
Chilis food is ok. But the customer service here is horrendous. This is by far the worst one I have been to. We have been several times but it is always the same. Everyone seems disinterested and the management doesn't seem reachable. I think I am done going here.
I took a couple of bits then a cockroach crawls out from under my plate. They didn't charge me for my meal ( needless to say I didn't eat anymore or order anything else) but they charged me for my daughters. What a joke. Never been back!
Great ribs and service. Also the chili cheese fries are to die for.
