Waiter(s) came across as timid or uncomfortable, not a welcoming vibe. Distracted or forgetful, she had to be reminded of things we ordered. Of the four dinners three had issues. An attempt to flash cook shrimp and lobster tails didn't workout well (under cooked). Other dinners had sides that were forgotten. Upsided, the ribeye was good.
Awesome filet. They cook it perfect. Great customer service too.
Me and my family went there for a joint birthday party for me and my mother last night. My mother called last night to make a reservation. when we got there, the manager didnt have us down for a reservation and we have to wait for a hour for a table. We were called to be seated twice and they said it was a mistake and that our table wasn't nearly ready. Finally my uncle called stix and made a reservation. NEVER EATING AT LOGAN'S AGAIN
Party of 8 could not get table. After 45 min. wait w/no update from hostess we left. About 25 including two parties of 5 were seated ahead of us, we went across street to Outback where immediate seating & excellent food awaited us. Steak was superb.
Went here last Saturday around 8:30. It was packed and the lobby was full of people waiting to be seated. There were only two of us so we only had to wait a minute or two for a table. Waitress was very friendly but I never got a refill on my drink... There was very loud group next to us so conversation was impossible. Not the waitresses fault, but it was kind of unfortunate since we went there to talk over dinner. Didnt take very long to get our food considering the restaurant was full. We both got steak and they were delicious along with the rest of the food. Only downside were the people yelling next to us.
