We have been dining at Ruby Tuesday since it opened here in Greenville, and one of the premier items has always been the salad bar. Yesterday's experience was an exception. There was only Iceberg Lettuce, and while it was fresh, showed signs of oxidation. The remaining salad bar was fair, but not up to the standards I am sure you hold. As for the entrees, I had the new Black Fire NY Strip. It was cooked to order (MR), but the intensity of the Cajun seasoning was beyond what I would think reasonably hot, which ruined the steak experience for me. My wife had the Tilapia, which had a "stale oil" flavor - not edible. Our server, Shante, was very attentive and apologized for the steak and offered to bring something else, which I declined. The crab bite appetizer was good and we had no dessert. This is our second negative experience with this store in as many months. Think you need some work on the kitchen.
The people who work here are the nicest staff of a ruby's (and I have been to them all over the USA) I have ever encountered. Great food and service.
I LOVE Ruby Tuesdays in Dothan. I love the buffalo chicken sliders and salad! And man, what a deal! I order it every time! The service is typically good. There are a few odd-balls in there, but it will NEVER stop me!
