food was ok, but the personal is terrible. we came to the restaurant few minutes after 9 p.m. and they said that it closes at 0:30 a.m. suddenly, at around 11 p.m. we realised that we are the last customers in the place. And then the 'fun' began. All staff was standing and staring at us. They rapidly checked the clock in front of our eyes! (thats obvious sign that we should leave, but it's still one hour to go). They bring us beer and used such words as 'the final one', 'thank you'. All this absurd motivated us to stay as long as possible :) finally, when we stand up (around 11:50 p.m.), the most ridiculous thing happened. All staff imediatelly started to clean the tables and collecting stuff from it, it heppened after seconds when we stand up. We took our jackets and left the place, which was already tidy. Conclusion: if you are pretending to be a fancy restaurant, teach your staff how to act classy. They know how to pour 3 euro sparkling wine into the glass, but they dont know how to politely work till the end of the shift. And no, live piano music didnt add any extra stars after such terrible service.
Great place. Great service. Great food. Do I need to say more. We keep coming here during our 10-days vacation.
Ate here on two occasions, loved the food, great choice well presented, easy to order, friendly staff. nice view over the bridge. Meat cooked fresh in front of you. Lovely desserts. Wish there was one of these in the UK! Great how the price is what you pay you don't have to worry about an expensive bill, and you're getting good quality food! :)
The food was great but the service... At the beginning great, but after 2 wine it seems the waiter doesn't want to visit us anymore. Also my order for a third wine was ignored. If somebody offers all inclusive then I stillvawsit service. Btw. we were there to test different hungarian food, not to eat until we die...
Lovely air conditioned restaurant, lovely food, friendly English speaking staff, drinks are included in the price wines champagnes, really suggest this place! Must go!
