Worst dealer I have ever encountered. No customer-support. Huge inefficiency in communication. My car had a fault which was on a warranty. AAA took the car from me and it's been more than a week that I cannot get any information from them: just promises to contact me "tomorrow". When tomorrow comes I have to contact them and the answer is another "tomorrow"... I've lived in few places in the world and never had such a bad customer-care experience. Wouldn't even give a star if I could... I discourage everyone from buying a car from this company.
Sice velký výběr, ale k zákazníkovi se chovat neumějí... Přes telefon slíbili cenu 70 000,- po příjezdu a projetí vozu byla cena 81 000,- Po smlouvání 78 000,-.... Bylo by fajn, kdyby z lidí nedělali blbce...
Hruza. Pozor na ne.
Ke společnosti AAA auto jsem nikdy neměl pozitivní přístup. Na webu se objevilo auto, které se mi líbilo, tak jsem si řekl: třeba to jsou jen pomluvy, co jsem dočetl na internetu ..... a nejsou! Nebourané, nízký počet najetých km, stálo v popisu. Domluvil jsem předvedení vozidla. Vzal jsem si s sebou zkušeného mechanika. Již po 5 minutách jsme zjistili lakováni půlky vozidla. Slevu chtěli dat jen 3.000 Kč (na vozidle za 300.000), takže ztráta času. Jen hlupák tam koupí auto. Hezký den. AAA již nikdy více.
