My stay at the hotel was completely enjoyable mainly because the accommodation was pretty clean. I`m not a pedant but it made a good impression. Another thing - the breakfast was so rich that it filled me for the rest of the day.
Great city centre hotel. Comfy beds, clean and tidy rooms. Paying an extra buck for an executive room is definitely worth it. Service was kind and flawless as expected. The only downfall was that the paid wifi. I spent my last day at the spa and it was splendid.
Poor value. Furnishings are outdated (circa late 80s or early 90s), services that are customary at this price point cost extra (internet is slow and CHF20 per day, breakfast is not included), and the gym is a joke. That said, service is reasonably good, the bathrooms have been updated, and there are free apples at the front desk. There are better options in the neighborhood.
Friendly and efficient staff, especially the bartender at the executive lounge. The hotel could use renovation but it is still of quality. If you book your trip earlier you can get a pretty good deal, and it's worth it. Rooms were clean and the food at Wettstein, the restaurant at the hotel was marvellous.
It was a bit pricey for me but service was flawless and efficient. The spa at the hotel was a pleasant surprise and the bed was quite comfortable. Rooms were well maintained and the city centre location was a big plus. I had a pleasant stay and am looking forward to my next one.
