lovely place in a charming city.
No airconditioning so avoid in the summer. Staff are generally helpful and smiling but that doesn't make up for avarage facilities.
A hotel with character and fantastic location. Not at all what you might expect of a Raddisson. Came for the christmas markets so can't comment on air con.
Don't pick this hotel. The rooms don't have AC, the food is lousy and the hotel is in a 600 year old building. They just discovered the last part and are now refurbishing it. So they keep you up all night long. I can't sleep due to the heat and the noise and the staff do not really care about this.
Nun es ist recht einfach....ich habe ein befreundetes Paar zum Essen eingeladen in dem dortigen Restaurant....die Sache verlief dermaßen peinlich, dass ich selbst heute noch auf diesen Besuch angesprochen werde....das Essen war kalt, der Weißwein warm, die Gläser schmutzig, der Service unfreundlich und unprofessionell....ich habe mich so geärgert, dass ich mich 2 mal schriftlich beschwert habe bei diesem Haus...weder beim ersten noch beim 2ten Mal auch nur eine Reaktion.....nie wieder!!
